Yes, all the members of our staff speak English, as well as many of the most important foreign languages.

Check-in is at 12noon and check-out is at 11am.
Guests are permitted to leave their baggage under the care of the concierge if arrival time is prior to check-in time.

There are two parking garages in cooperation with our hotel
and are located close-by for guests to park their automobile.

Station?
Exit from the train station and cross Piazza della Stazione;
from there enter onto Via dei Panzani and continue ahead onto
Via de’ Cerretani. Turn left onto Via Martelli and continue
until you reach Via Cavour; just meters ahead you will find

- Where is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is called Amerigo Vespucci of Florence and
is located approximately 5km from Hotel Colomba.
- How do we arrive to your hotel if we are coming from the
airport?
You can easily reach the hotel in approximately 15 minutes by
taxi or with the service “Vola in Bus”. This service is a
shuttle bus that connects the airport with the Central Train

the Museums of Florence?
In general, it is always best to book tickets in advance for the
major galleries such as the Accademia and the Uffizi, especially
during the months of March – October and during the winter
holidays, so that you can avoid the long line-ups.
- What are the hours of operation for the major museums?
The hours of operation for the most famous museums of Florence
are as follows:
Gallery of the Uffizi: Tuesday – Sunday 8:15am – 6:50pm , Closed
on: Mondays, New Years Day, May 1st and December 25th. Gallery
