EXTREMELY COSY

Most of all we liked the family who runs this hotel. We are glad we met them and we felt like visiting relatives staying there. The room was extremely cosy, the lady who runs the hotel was friendly and smart, the location was excellent for visiting the main attractions of Florence, everything was even better than we expected.
